David O'Shea has over 25 years experience in the marine industry, having completed his apprenticeship with Rogers & Lough in 1986 and staying on with them for a further 3 years. David began the partnership Speed Propulsion Systems in 1991. The business became a Company in 2003 and changed it's name to Speed Propulsion Pty Ltd. David is well known in the marine industry and has experience and knowledge through the whole boating industry and is accredited with the Queensland Department of Transport - ASB220.
